      Pros

      Good people, supportive, growing, flexible

      Cons

      Brutal and sudden redundancy process, Disjointed communication, with a lack of clear direction Lack of budget for anything people wanted despite having huge profits (from sale of FD and products) Disengaged work force, lack of culture Lack of trust in leadership, concerns over most of SLT being in NAM despite most of the workforce being in EMEA

      Pros

      This relates to the NY office. -The pay and benefits were fine, had Aetna insurance (not 100% paid by the company). -Was hybrid, only in office 2-3 days per week. -Decent work/life balance. Not many times had to do work out of standard work hours.

      Cons

      -If you're not also upper management, then upper management has no real desire to hear your opinion or input. -prefer "yes-men" over honest opinions led to "bullying by exclusion", meaning purposefully left out of major planning meetings that should have been a part of. was personally a victim of this and have been told by others it happened to them.
