Company politics, high work load

Worked on a good team and not micromanaged on projects. Other team members helpful when questions arose. If you are a self starter and spend the time to learn and develop skills, you are encouraged to do it.

Management of historic systems and equipment could have been better and was in need of upgrades and rework for better efficiency. Lots of work on legacy equipment with limited documentation. Lack of resources for projects and seeing co-workers get spread too thin was concerning at times
