Pros
Flexible hours, great employees, some parking spaces
Cons
Aaron, the CEO is no doubt the worst employer I have ever had to work for. He will leave the country for a couple months and come back and change EVERYTHING. Even to the point where he didn't like the mouse I was using and asked me to change it. He is the most impulsive and micro managing boss who cant decide whether he want to be the CEO or the team leader. The lack of communication and passive aggressive attitude the team leads have with the GIS technicians creates a hostel work environment to the point where you think you're going to get fired at any moment. I will be surprised if this organization makes it another 5 years. Management needs to decide how they want to run the company and stick to that, no more jumping around. Lastly there is MAJOR MAJOR favoritism that goes around, if you aren't one of the favorites you WILL NOT; get a raise (even if everyone else does, they just wont tell you), you will not travel. You will not be given any forgiveness (ex. a favorite can take a 2 hour lunch break and not get in trouble, but if you aren't a favorite and you're 5 min late on your lunch break you will be called to a meeting about your job performance) By far the most backwards work environment I have ever been apart of.
