Friendly and laidback work environment. Small firm so plenty of opportunity to stand out as a successful employee. Easy to have your voice heard by management if you have an issue.

I found myself uninspired by the product I was working on although management did their best to give me meaningful work. The office space isn't as open as it could be and your working environment can be heavily influenced by your placement in the office, although this might be true in many workplaces.

Salary was pretty good but that is about it.

Nepotism is alive and well here. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to work. One person there has created an ever revolving door of people who leave or get fired due to speaking out about nepotism. You speak out about any unfairness and you are blacklisted.
