Great company - Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer Kallik Employee Review

Joined Mphasis for the Kallik project. There hasn't been a single salary hike in the last five years. Quarterly variable pay has been highly inconsistent—sometimes only 25–30% of the eligible amount, and in some quarters, 0%. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend joining the Kallik project or Mphasis.

Micro management, no progression, remuneration below average
