      Pros

      Steady company that has been in business for over 50 years. Little or no fear of lay-off. Unique product that is a leader in its market. Despite being in the building products industry, business has been steady and is looking good going forward. Excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Little cooperation between departments. Little tolerance for creative ideas. Entrenched managers not pushed to make things better. Tolerance for poor results. Poor benefits.

      Culture is evolving, a lot of employees are 20+ year, like half the staff so they must do some things right!

      Pros

      Slow days and shut down days you can stay and still get paid to stay there and clean up a little bit.

      Cons

      Some days are super busy and you barely have time for breaks (in my specific position.)
