Pros
The people who actually do the work to keep the company running are really great but they are overworked, overwhelmed, underpaid, not recognized and constantly receive impossible demands from management.
Cons
Diversity is a big problem - all white men in VP positions. Management doesn't know what they are doing except for running the company into the ground. Management has no clue how do do the jobs that keep the company running. There is no communication from management to the workers. Promotions are few and far between. There is no opportunity for advancement. There is no recognition for a job well done. Company believes everyone is replaceable and employees do not feel valued. Lot of early retirements and departures should be a warning sign. Long hours and not even a thank you. Private equity ownership is a concern.
