      Nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      Expect no work/life balance and micro-management. Expect to watch your colleagues' be terminated with no notice. Accounts/JDs are constantly being handed over to the next consultant due to the high staff turnover. KPIs and expectations are completely unrealistic. Condescending attitude towards staff, from all seniors in the company.

      Pros

      Working remotely from South Africa, I've been with Kamro as a Brand Manager for over two years, and I truly cannot imagine being anywhere else. Under the leadership of Callum (CEO) and Ollie (COO), my experience has been outstanding. Both are exceptionally attentive, making sure I am content, whether it concerns deadlines, resources, or general stress. Their approachability and respect make a significant difference; they are consistently reasonable with the tasks assigned and genuinely value my feedback. They always make time for me, enhancing my work experience and making Kamro a fantastic place to be. Their leadership directly contributes to my daily motivation and loyalty to the company.
