This company, as a policy, misleads people during the hiring process into thinking that there are advancement opportunities. There are none. They do not offer any because they do not care if you come or go. In fact, they'd rather just have people go so they can hire someone else and a slightly lower starting wage than you. Whose job is it to train all these new people you ask? Why, as a KIC "veteran" PT teacher of a few months, that responsibility is yours. And at a whopping $12.00/hr.
