The pay is competitive and bonus are ok. The benefits are great!!! They match 401K and give individual Insurance for free. Advancement to management fairly easy as long as you work hard.

Politics...politics..politics!!! If you're not in with the incrowd at Corporate or you don't brown nose 24/7 to corporate supervisors.......you better be prepared for working in hell. You work overtime yet they won't pay you for it!!

It is a violation of the FLSA to refuse to pay overtime as well as Texas Workforce Commission. Overtime is defined as physically working more than 40 hours in one week. We have never refused to pay anyone that has worked overtime - nor would we.
"Politics" is not something that impacts site staff employees - particularly a former assistant manager. All any employer can expect is for you to do your job. If you do not, then supervisors take disciplinary action. That is the way of all employment.
I am always available to all employees to reach out to me directly with any personnel issues. Hope all employees will do so in order to resolve any animosity in the workplace.
