None ! One advice : if you are coming from a structured environment, it can be challenging to be a part of a startup, need to be open to constant change and navigating the unknown.

- From a technical point of view, the major part of the stack is home made which is great when we need to make things fit our needs but the learning curve is high for new comers and most of the knowledge you'll acquire here won't be useful once you left the company
- Not a lot of advantages from the work council
