The company being small the ceo is acting HR accounting etc. It made it tough to grow in your position, fight for a raise or share feedback because there is no mediator. Better suited for those right out of school looking for their first job and are excited to work. Pay on the lesser average end and perks kept changing with the seasons. Was hybrid 2 days then 3 days. Then fully remote. Then a few days in office again. Very reactive changes rather than well thought out plans. 5/10 recommend. There are other comparable companies in the start up stage that could be better for growth, comp, longevity.
