Sometimes, new employees who came from a slower-paced, internal IT job find the pace of a growing MSP like ours hard to get used to. We liked this person, of course understand who wrote this review and regret that we misjudged the fit -- not a good outcome for him or for us, unfortunately.
We always take such feedback very seriously, particularly client feedback. That said, in this case we would like readers to know this review does not match the way our reviews generally look. Our client satisfaction, which we display on our homepage, has stood above 98% for more than two straight years.
Regarding our culture, some of the many business awards and honors we have won recently --including having been named a "Best Place to Work" by the O.C. Business Journal -- have been based on employee satisfaction surveys. We believe the longevity of many of our team members also reflects a general level of workplace satisfaction.
While managing and protecting client networks can be demanding, we are confident that our culture is strong and that our managers always keep work/life balance and employee wellbeing at the forefront. We regret that this person is resentful of his short tenure with us but hope and trust he has moved on to better things and we wish him nothing but the best going forward.
