Bad management - Checkout Supervisor Kavanagh Group Employee Review

Their were little pros to working for Kavanagh the only ones that I could think of were that: - They Paid Weekly - 15% staff discount on products including alcohol - It was easy going work

- The rate of pay is £4.75 - Management expects you to go over and beyond including jobs such as cleaning the shop and working 10 hour shifts. - Management was rude and talked down to me. - Extra hours were pressured and often worked over a 50 hour week. - Night shifts were expected of you - Store Manager was rude and had no sense of customer service, showed a bad example of how the store should've been run and also smelt like she'd never discovered deodorant before in her life.

I wish I could say there were some pros but there really aren't.

Patethic wages , always cutting hours , manager doesn't want to listen to problems. Glad I left , I pity anybody still working for Kavanagh Group (SuperValu)
