Unless you’re part of the family, which everyone in power is related somehow or has known them for years, don’t plan to stay too long. Micromanaged daily with higher expectations for anyone not related to them. In tough times, you’ll be the first they terminate if, once again, there’s no relation to the family. The first day on the job, my pay was changed. A day or two before I was supposed to start, they pushed the date back a week. Necessities needed for training were not in place even after starting a week late. I was continuously beating my boss’s and trainers to work. All red flags I should have noticed.
