      Te sentis parte, es una mentira.

      Cons

      Hacen creer que son una empresa humanista y dispensan a compañeros con problemas emocionales/psiquiátricos o en sus vacaciones, el pagamento es malo y son manipuladores. No hay documentación, el lider de operaciones no sabe nada tampoco. Publican en este sitio fálsamente donde todo hacen bien, cuidado con eses.

      Pros

      The people. Both employees and the founders are great people. The work is really interesting and the bosses are really willing to get the best of you and make you grow as a professional. Your opinion is genuinely take into account.

      Cons

      The office facilities are not great (baths break very often). No snacks and the air conditioner does not work. The salaries are good but not great, a little under the average for the software industry.

      Family atmosphere, very tight-knit community. You are given leeway and autonomy
