Pros

Leads provided few times a week, but not the hottest.

CEO is a self proclaimed prophet. Says he "predicted" the recession, yet somehow forgot to take his predictions into consideration when he went on a mass hiring spree a few months prior, just to lay off many employees before the holidays. Before the large layoff, people were constantly let go every few weeks. In some cases on their second week at the company. No one knows when they're next, as even good employees are randomly cut. Overall unstable person, says things like "we'll have a hundred thousand employees one day", but can barely afford three hundred. Extremely toxic culture. Employees are pulled into calls, which are used to instill fear. CRO says things like employees are "replaceable", "you don't have to be here", "we'll show you the door". Expectations are beyond impossible. Reps are forced to discount an extreme amount on deals, then get scolded and reprimanded for not hitting quota, when hitting 50% is miraculous. Every few days, angry messages on Slack demanding new processes be followed and given very few details and a very short time to adjust and fix. In many cases, polar opposite requests of what was asked just a few weeks/months ago. Basically forcing sales reps to become data entry analysts. No time to focus on actual deals, but rather spend half of working time filling Salesforce with fluff, and being threatened of losing lukewarm leads if you don't contact them within 10 minutes. Also most leads only take a call because they are bribed with a substantial gift card amount.

We provide each sales rep with an extensive sales territory containing thousands of prospects, access to channel relationships to drive business and inbound leads which convert at world-class rates. Quotas are derived from actual deal sizes and historical performance and take into account all factors impacting our sales team. Lead response SLAs and documentation standards are set and communicated. Keeper measures sales reps on a number of factors beyond sales quota. The biggest factor is performance in a peer group based on a similar role and time at the company. We do release underperforming team members and have always done so. Above all our CEO & C-Level always strive to best honor our stakeholders, customers, and most importantly, our hard working employees.

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
