Pros

I cannot wait for my next opportunity to give notice. This place is awful.

Cons

This company is a joke and a dumpster fire. I keep in touch with former team members that have been fired and everyone of them have said what a better place mentally and financially they are now in. I read these bad reviews before I got hired and expressed my concern in the interview. I'm embarrassed I believed their BS just blaming the one stars on disgruntled ex employees who couldn't cut it. I'm actually doing well and hate my life here. The money isn't as good as advertised but no money is worth how you are treated here. I know several managers who were let go or quit (because of the CEO) that wont list Keeper on their LinkedIn because of the joke the company is. My favorite part about looking at these reviews is how HR says, if you have an issue please come to us. I would not encourage heeding that advice until you have something else lined up.

Cons

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
