Pros

The tools were modern—just not used correctly.

Cons

Architectural decisions came from non-technical executives who shut down discussion instantly. Developers were sidelined and expected to execute poorly planned specs. Feedback loops were nonexistent, priorities changed without notice, and we were blamed when things fell apart. The lack of respect was exhausting.

I’m loving the entrepreneurial environment !

Not much to complain about. If you’re not used to entrepreneurial, fluid environments, it will not be for you.

Pros

The team members were one of the best parts of working here. They were knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. Many of my coworkers genuinely cared about doing great work and creating a positive experience for customers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the work environment created by management was the complete opposite. There was a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inconsistent leadership. Managers often created unnecessary stress rather than supporting employees, and concerns raised by staff were frequently ignored. I also witnessed and experienced behavior that felt intimidating and, at times, crossed the line into harassment. Instead of addressing these issues, management often dismissed them or failed to take appropriate action. This created a toxic culture where employees felt uncomfortable speaking up and morale suffered.
