Pros
If you like solving problems, wearing a few different hats at times, and helping people get real value out of an industry leading product that actually matters, you’ll probably enjoy working here. The Implementation team is small but MIGHTY—we move fast, collaborate constantly, and are trusted to own our work and projects. It’s not fluff work either. We’re helping organizations harden their security posture, and that makes the day-to-day have meaning. The people here are sharp, motivated, and honestly just good to work with. I’ve learned a ton about cross-functional collab, project ownership, and real customer challenges, and it’s made me better at what I do. There’s plenty of room to grow (as if everyday were not already a challenge) if you’re proactive and not afraid to speak up with ideas or a will to question the norm.
Cons
With the pace of change due to the drive of continuous improvements and the complexity of some customer environments, things can get INTENSE. You need to be self-motivated and willing to adapt quickly—especially when working within a group or high-octane producers. But that’s part of what makes this job interesting.
