Pros

No real pros, been in the company for over 7 years, no real promotion although they give you the extra workload without the title or the salary but line managers fill your head with promises of more money and great prospects. In reality only the line managers earn decent salary and also decent bonuses which never ever make it to the staff on the shop floor.

Cons

Always failed promises, senior managers promise the earth when in fact there is a huge bullying ethic especially in the london region, since senior staff left and new managers have taken positions they have instilled the bullying and re-inforce the tactic used. Vacancies advertised internally are blocked by line managers, no one ever gets a look in, when you request to apply for internal advertised posts you are accused of letting the division down and being a quitter.

Pros

Regional teams are nice to work with

Cons

Keepmoat have a huge thing about caring for our mental health but when it comes to it...they really don't care at all. HR does not engage as usual and managers are not interested.

Pros

Keepmoat values strongly align with my own, which is a key reason I chose to work here. While many companies promote their values, Keepmoat genuinely live and breathe them. It's clear the organisation cares about its people, which I believe contributes to a workforce full of motivated and ambitious people.

Cons

Workload can be high at times, which can impact work-life balance. Additional resourcing could help alleviate this, although I do recognise that steps are being taken to address this.
