Pros
nice office structure (WeWork) people are usually kind and supportive (although overwhelmed with extra workload)
Cons
no continuous training, no sharing of best practices, management is distant and communication is very poor. commercial teams work very independently. the company lost almost 100 employees since covid, teams are reduced and overworked. salaries below average and morale is very low. yet, targets keep on growing. no HR, no recognition, no excitement.
