Pros
Learning something new and different. Cant think of anything else.
Cons
Too many. They say your self employed but treat you as your employed. No holidays, sick days or benefits. If you want time off you have to book it off and wait for approval. Money fluctuates and need to give 6months to determine if the money is it worth it. No training related to the actual job its self. All selftaught and some shadowing.
