Pros

Somehow flexible since it's a 24 hour company so you get to choose your schedule (sometimes)

Cons

The company (Kelly) works based on their client's needs so if Language Line decides to lower your hours to force you to work on the hours where they're short staffed.

Pros

Mostly remote, can be flexible in your schedule. Absolutely 0 opportunity for growth. You can get promoted to "senior" but that literally does nothing. The pay is low for the work they are asking you to do.

Cons

Managers are scared of their peers/new leadership. Changing priorities leaves employees feeling lost and confused. No one knows what they're doing, or how they should be doing it. Their advice to get acclimated to changes was to work past hours unpaid. They really leave you to "figure it out yourself" - thrown right into the deep end. Something new about the process gets added or changed every single week.
