Mostly remote, can be flexible in your schedule. Absolutely 0 opportunity for growth. You can get promoted to "senior" but that literally does nothing. The pay is low for the work they are asking you to do.

Their advice to get acclimated to changes was to work past hours unpaid. They really leave you to "figure it out yourself" - thrown right into the deep end.
