      Pros

      Facility is clean. Production workers are nice.

      Cons

      Management has no interest in listening to employees. Decisions are made in panic mode, with little to no information to support them, They have driven off or let go of a lot of great employees in the last 2 years.

      Coworkers, clean environment, decent pay.

      Basically, everything else about this place is a con. I was there for 10 years. Manager set up a meeting titled "quick discussion of your self-review". Went into the meeting room and the manager and HR were there and said we have to let you go. I asked why and I was told they needed someone with more experience. Keep in mind...... I was there for 10 years. Its been two years since I was let go and a former coworker told me that pretty much everyone that was there when I was let go are gone now as well.
