Pros
Overall Kennedys is a good firm to work for. People are friendly, they are trying to create a good environment/culture. Maybe everyone is too busy and sometime under resourced, both fee earners and business services support. Attitude from Partners aren't the best when they are under the pumped but understandable in a law firm environment.
Cons
Partners make decision on a number of issues which can be a problem as they are not an expert in management and not letting go decision making power to leaders. Processes take a long time due to layers of approvals and sometimes are very manual, I can see this is improving also understand the limited resources available. Not a 5 stars law firm but I can see potentials if Partners change their behavior or style.
