      Pros

      It is the best place where you can grow, just by doing your work good. I have been promoted two times for last two years, from electrical technician position, through engineer to system owner. For almost three years I never had any issues with salary payments, transport organization, PPE and any material requirements.

      Cons

      Demobilization process can be improved, sometimes people knew about their demob just one hour before rotation shift finish.
