Pros

If you are an experienced process engineer in a matter of one year you can pretty much cover everything the process engineering department does. Good company for novices or to start your career....For a recent graduate engineer 3 years at Kent would give you the chance to get your foot in the begginings of the engineering world....

Cons

Since this company wins small projects, the work for process engineers does not seem to pose much complexity, which causes other disciplines to see the process engineering work easy as anyone could do it....which empowers the project managers to the point that they boss and disrespect the process engineers....Company has a long way to go in creating a sound engineering basis, only then they will be able to tackle bigger projects such as LNG or oil refining projects...
