Pay, healthcare and other benefits are good for a contract job.
Cons
There is minimal career planning offered or chance to grow within the company. You are assigned to a contract and are pretty much on your own with the exception of an offsite lead for timesheets and contract guidance. If you need main office help, there is a ticket system.
