      You can help a lot of new immigrants and learn some new software to manage your routine work

      Cons

      too much overtime without payment, and CEO always breaks my schedule

      in Kenvic Training, we asked employee to log in and log out timely. OT has to be approved or requested ahead of time by the management. Employees are required to take the number of Approved OT hours off from regular working schedule in the same week.

      employer listen to your ideas and encourage you to have new ideas out
