      Pros

      Very work/life friendly. The supervisors listen to what their employees say. The co-workers are very friendly and it almost feels like a family.

      Cons

      The company does not perform annual reviews. It doesn't feel like the company is moving forward, only trying to maintain ground in a shrinking pond. Don't feel that they are working to compete in the digital sphere.

      Pros

      It's a small, tight-knit staff who work well together towards a common goal.

      Cons

      This job does not always have long-term employment opportunities, which is very disappointing. I would have stayed with them if it were possible.

      Good work-life balance and benefits, friendly environment, team oriented atmosphere, opportunities to cross-train and learn other positions. Quarterly company outings. Regularly awarding performance "spot bonuses" for exceptional work.

      Cons

      Lots of CYA processes that waste time and resources. Inefficient technologies inhibited workflow regularly. Gossipy culture. Felt like Office Space at times.
