Pros

There are individuals within the organization who demonstrate a genuine commitment to their roles and take pride in their work, contributing positively despite broader challenges. However, opportunities for advancement remain limited, which may ultimately impact long-term engagement and retention of those high-performing employees.

Cons

- There appears to be a clear and concerning conflict of interest within the Human Resources function, particularly at the senior leadership level—an issue that fundamentally undermines trust and organizational integrity. - The persistent turnover among management is not only alarming but indicative of deeper systemic instability that has yet to be meaningfully addressed. - The volume and consistency of complaints from key customers reflect a troubling pattern that calls into question the company’s long-term viability and leadership effectiveness. - Perhaps most critically, there is a noticeable absence of accountability. This failure in leadership discipline continues to compound operational inefficiencies, creating avoidable issues and necessitating excessive time spent on remediation rather than progress.

Pros

Was a consistently open job, always was available for overtime in a maintenance level.

Cons

Not for everyone. I worked for them 11 years. New management restructured company. Which removed my job from the company, they offer a lesser position. Found new job to stay in the automation position.
