Pros
I think the work is enjoyable and management is good with working around my schedule.
Cons
There can be a lot of drama, some workers are not held as accountable as others, and pay is definitely not fair from employee to employee. There are some employees who have been in my position just as long as I have and make 25k more a year than me.
