Pros

Everyone was so friendly and happy to help out where needed, office is very easy to get to by public transportation, everyone seems to genuinely enjoy going in to work.

Cons

I applied for a Finance/Leasing Assistant roll and expected to be doing a lot more along the lines of finance/accounting and data management from the job description. What I actually ended up doing was about 60% copying/scanning leases and organizing binders, 25% inputting data into excel sheets, and 15% reviewing journal entries. I enjoyed being at work and the people I was with, but the job itself was not what I had expected it to be based on the description. Either make it more clear what the intern will be doing or actually give more meaningful work like described online.

Pros

I really enjoyed working at Kew Management; a niche real estate market that specializes in 250-1,500 SF spaces. It's a perfect place for the young entrepreneur or start up company and as a result ad the energy of manifested dreams. The tenants are great, family atmosphere as a result , and uniquely interesting because the CEO is a woman. I was allowed in my position to improve upon processes and enjoyed my time with this company.

Cons

Due to the fact, it is a smaller company some of the rules are somewhat suffocating; time watching, dress code, talking....I understand all organizations need rules but adults should be trusted to be adults.
