You start with good intentions and they’ll feed you the world and once you’re in, they prey on your goodness to not give up on the kids and slowly deny everything that was offered at first. They suck you dry until you are a shell of a person and then turn around and ask you to promote the company. No consistent policies as they make it up as they go. Staff turnover is HIGH and that says a lot there. New social workers are young, inexperienced and act as puppets for management. Expect total burnout and to sacrifice your whole life.
