Pros
You make as much money as you want... In that I mean if you stick to it and put forth effort, you can find the opportunity to get big accounts which increase your commission and bonus.
Cons
Hard to take time off. Not paid commission or bonus, if on FMLA. And you have to hit every metic goal to revive bonuses even if one metic goal has been surpassed 10 fold. No much room to move up. When people leave they give their high accounts to people who are already making lots of money and have lots of accounts.
