Pros

Supportive and patient management, Workout room. Nice breakroom/kitchen.

Cons

Back when I worked there, this place was called KeySource Medical Inc. I guess they got bought out. But I was required to make +100 cold calls a day to pharmacists who don't want to talk to you, while trying to push over-priced generic pharmaceuticals. Then when they tell you to put them on your 'do not call list', you say ok, but then management makes you call them again 2 days later and at least 10 more times after that before they actually move them off your territory. You can imagine how stressful that is for a sales rep.

Pros

Good coaching, they give you time to build your book of business.

Cons

low base pay. You mainly see real money coming in when you hit all your metrics. The commision structure not that good.
