1. The management takes long time to give decisions. 2. There is no cooperation between the members of the management. 3. This results in delay of carrying out any type of work where management involvement is necessary. 4. Good performance is not rewarded or even praised. 5. The company does not have necessary fund required for carrying out its operation. 6. There is limited number of designations. So there is slow career growth. 7. The salary provided to employees is very low compared with the job responsibility.
