      No design patterns employed Architecture patterns limited Bean counter unit tests Technology is dated play scale is low No career path Growth in Letterkenny office is very very slow - possible promotion only when somebody leaves Senior member on team (promoted quickly over the years) is very inexperienced compared to industry standards Better companies in the local area - more competition

      Amazing team to work with, benefits aren't bad, great PTO. The solution itself is amazing and they are always looking to improve it and do what's best for the customers.

      Most of the cons have been addressed, they try to get feedback and adjust which is great.
