Pros
1. Japanese students are very polite and respectful. 2. Can start working from 4 AM 3. Work time is very flexible.
Cons
1. Worst admins ever. They are very student centered company. 2. They have this called "probation period and you have to complete certain number of hours before they can call you"regular teacher:. While on probation you are required to work 4 am to 8 am and they only pay you 40 pesos per hour. 3. No Customer service to help you when you have technical problems.
