Great team, great environment to grow and learn. Good salary growth for juniors.

Less than 10 people in total. Little organizational structure.

1. Small Studio that gives a lot of opportunities to new talent. Overall a great place to start. 2. Have interesting projects 3. Do not want you to work overtime/ avoid it and would rather hire extra people. 4. Despite using a certain type of 3D software they gladly hired people who did not have experience in the software they and trained them.

1. Could improve people management. I think there were times where situations could have been handled better. 2. They don't really want people working from home and prefers working in the studio.
