      Pros

      They are focussed on turning around CDK's structure which isn't a bad thing. They want to use a modern business model with support hubs and customer success management

      Cons

      Fired all CEO's, GM's, support colleagues, entire French team with incredible know how. This changeover has been a nightmare for both employees as customers. It's downright criminal.
