Business Outlook
Pros
Helping support vulnerable children and enriching their lives.
Cons
Long hours, toxic management, expected to come in to work during days off for team meetings & “training” regularly. Management try to emotionally blackmail staff to pick up overtime and again are passive aggressive when you’re unable to. Incidents with the children are routine and staff welfare is non existent. Hours are extremely long and you will spend 48 hours in work (including a sleep in) which is often broken and disrupted. This was something that was not made aware to me during interview.
