Pros
Helps people to buy their own home when the banks won't help. You can learn a lot if you are young and want to work in banks and finance. Pay seems fair.
Cons
Its fine at first, but you start to hear about all the politics that goes on. The culture feels quite fake. They say they want peoples ideas but its well known that one person at the top has too much power over everything. The staff turnover is high and people were leaving every week when I was there.
