Great culture - the team is a pleasure to work with and each person is a high impact player. Organizational processes and culture are built on a foundation of transparency so it's easy to see what's going on in the company and where both the bright spots and trouble areas are. Work with new, exciting technology daily - the development team is always on the forefront of web and application development trends. Sterling is a fantastic leader and CEO - he builds the brand, is constantly working on culture and reinvesting in the team's growth, and more importantly he takes feedback constructively and uses that to grow the team and his leadership accordingly. It's a small growing team so there is a ton of opportunity for upward mobility and growth amongst employees - own something and get rewarded for it. This means there's high potential but also high accountability associated with the job.

There are not many downsides - it is still a startup environment and so prospective employees should be ready for that. People who don't do well working on their own, need a lot of direction on process, or aren't ready to grow and learn with the company's growth probably wouldn't be great fits.

Owner/CEO says whatever he needs to in order to get what he wants, with absolutely no intention of following through with commitments or promises. This is true for customers and employees alike. No experience in management or workforce. Hires inexperienced employees because of the assumption that they will be easier to fool/control, and will be cheaper. Vindictive towards former employees, and not above lying about or ignoring outstanding obligations. CEO and "CFO" are engaged, and bring personal arguments and business into the office constantly. Makes for an extremely uncomfortable environment.
