Fellow employees work as a team, supporting each other through a variety of challenges.
Cons
Even though management, in certain departments, constantly push customer service, they berate subordinates and have no idea how to lead their own people. Mistakes result in disciplinary documentation, and complaints by anyone outside a department result in accusations and threat of discipline from leaders without any research into the truth of a situation.
