They offer home owners many customization options and are incredibly organized to track them through the entire design process. Previous companies I've worked at tried to do this and failed miserably. Flex time and home based options are offered for positions that do not need to be office based. Great IT support, even when home based. The friendliest company I have ever worked at, starting with Jeff Rutt. I was genuinely surprised at how friendly everyone is, really!
