Pros
I have been with Keystone for over 3 years in the sales department. At times, I need to collaborate with various colleagues in order to do my job, and everyone is always willing to share their expertise when asked.
My direct manager is clear with expectations, makes sure everything is on track and he provides guidance whenever needed.
Our upper management strives to provide incentives for us to connect and feel like a family. Examples are: Employees appreciation awards, Company picnics, Chili cook-off, Spirit of Philadelphia Cruise (for all employees and guest), the list goes on. We have a Core values program in place company wide, detailing the high expectations we all strive to achieve and extend to our customers.
I feel very proud to work for Keystone Fire Protection. The work we do is important, and I like knowing that what I do makes a difference in the world. I would recommend for those with the right "skill-set" and "desire", if you wish to be a part of a company like I described- definitely seek employment at Keystone Fire Protection.
Cons
The only con I have is with regards to process in relationship to my specific role in sales. I would like to see a more consistent, transparent communication with scheduling and completion of the work being done. This would be helpful as I always like to touch base with the client once a job is complete to make sure it was done to their satisfaction.
