Great Company - Junior Project Engineer Keywest Projects Employee Review

Threw all eggs into one client basket and did have a gold mine of projects lined up until things turned. Good salaries. For the most part, nice people.

Things were ridiculously micro managed from the top. Like other reviews stated, "That family" most often had run in's and made things unpleasant with many co-workers....upper management refused to deal with it.

Good coworkers, streamlined design/drafting methods, decent pay, flexible hours, RRSP matching, profit sharing program, plenty of in-house expertise, downtown location

Lack of work, micromanagement by owner, disconnect between PM team and discipline level, department heads have no real power, not enough checking, uninformed scheduling
