Pros
I can't think of any except, nice location with a lot of extra desks and empty offices. The few remaining original employees are great but they all have "foxhole" syndrome.
Cons
Management has no idea how to be compassionate. They laid off more employees the Thursday before Xmas and told the remaining that at any given time they could replace any senior employee with 2 right out college... Benefits are really bad. Esp. for anyone over 25 with a family. Dont bother with this company, it is not a happy place. If I had to listen to the quote "if you aren't number one, then you are a loser" one more time, I felt like I would throw something.
